    Located and evaluated the requirement for an asset of this type and quality, and worked with the team at CBRE, to identify this asset as fit for the purpose required. Arranged and analysed the Legal Due Diligence, and provision of funding by negotiating the funding and funding terms. Negotiated these terms with the vendor in conjunction with the agents; and the terms of Insurance. Executed the transaction completion. Provided liaison with the tenant and ongoing management of debt.
