Returning to New Zealand in 2008, Andrew took up a role of ANZ National, as firstly a Senior Manager, and then Regional Manager for the ANZ Central Property Finance Team based out of Wellington.

This role gave Andrew great exposure to and understanding of the dynamics of the New Zealand Property Market, working with a number of Wellington’s leading property developers and investors.

From this role an opportunity arose to work within Cornerstone Partners Limited as the General Manager, key responsibilities being, Funding, Insurance and Property Team Management. This role provided invaluable insights to the operation of a large property company, maintenance of and creation of value, and where the key opportunities and risks lie

This experience has provided a wealth of knowledge and experience that is now continued to be developed through property development and creation of portfolios for select partners.

Outside of work, Andrew is married to the lovely Charlotte with a family of 4. As a family they are passionate about rugby and are involved at a Junior and College level, outside the the rugby season they can be found around, Central Otago, or the Kapiti Coast on bikes or on the water finishing their days enjoying the delights of the local hospitality and breweries.
